Returns & Exchanges

At FOX, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FOX account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
